Quick Answers
Why do multiple addresses appear when I enter my origin or destination?
If an exact match cannot be made, Plan Your Ride displays the next closest match. Most of the time, the address you are looking for is the first choice on the screen.

Why are there two or more stops with the same name or cross street in the schedules screen?
The bus stop name first consist of the street it is on followed by the nearest cross street. In some areas of the city, there isn't another cross street near by. In other areas, bus stops are in close proximity to one another. For example, the intersection of San Mateo and Central has eight bus stops.

When I select a route in the schedules tab, why is the start time 5:00 a.m. but the end time 4:59 a.m.
The end time is actually 4:59 a.m. of the following day. This ensures that you get all possible results for your search. For example, the Rapid After Dark service ends on the following day. If you ended your search at midnight, you would not get all trips.
